Monica, thank you so much. Yes, I made them and also other corduroy mice, the teddy and the doll you can see in my blog. It's a great fun to make them :)
Oh, I just saw the teddy and the doll... I'm really impressed, they are so very cute! I didn't realize you can sew too, and really well. These are fantastic, Tusen, they make me wish I knew how to sew! :-)
Monica, you are too kind, thank you so much. But I don't know how to sew either :)I mean I learnt some stitches in primary school and the next time I touched the needle was a few months ago, some 25 years later :)So I strongly advise you to try - you will find many tutorials on the web and it's real fun.
Well, you have certainly inspired me and I think I'll give it a try. I never did learn how to sew (and have no sewing machine), but maybe I can pick it up now, even if just the basics of hand sewing. There's a book in the library about making plushies from socks and gloves, and it seems pretty simple so that might be a good way for me to start... :-)
I'm happy to hear it :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed and please post a photo when you finish something. (I have no sewing machine either, all my toys are hand-stitched)
Wow, did you make these? They are adorable! :-)
