The idea started with the teddy I used in some of my previous illustrations (although he had not been in such a bad state yet) and my husband gave me the rest of the story.

Illustration Friday - Soar

I'm afraid my husband thinks it's a bit of cheating and it should be clearly visible that the snowman is soaring above the earth, but it's simply covered by snow.
All the best in the New Year and I promise to start drawing in earnest again.
